Trunk or Treat 2006: An Amazing Success

Thanks for your trunk! Trunk-or-Treat 2006 was a great success due to your efforts to put together a creative and cool trunk -- as well as pass out a lot of candy.

We had 60 trunks in attendance and an estimated 3500 people there! and lots of opportunities to explain to people who we are as a church and why we do this event. Wow! That was a lot of candy and a lot of fun.

Our first place trunk was "Captain Jack" (Carl and Laurene Craig). Congratulations!

And here is a picture of the Bulkeley's (we didn't win, but had lots of fun) as Gilligan's Island:

A very special "Thank You!" to Frank Jenkins for virtually making this event happen. He was almost solely responsible for the hotdogs, buns, soda, popcorn and the Evergreen Fire crew attending. So many other people made significant contributions and we couldn't put this event on without your help. A few (and I know its not comprehensive) more thanks: Bryan for bouncehouses, ice and lots of other organization, Dean Matthews for the lights, Bob Surface & Roger White for the grill and grill crew. Thanks to everybody.
