Delay and a Logo: Mission of Hope to Guatemala

Some of you may know that Tony, Kelly and myself did not make it to Guatemala this week as originally planned. Kelly's daughter, Zoe, fell on the playground at church last Sunday morning and had to get some serious medical attention to properly prepare it to heal. Kelly & Zoe had to head down to Children's Hospital to have surgery to proper set the arm and then I believe were able to get a full cast on yesterday. Pray for Zoe that her arm would heal quickly.

We are working on rescheduling our trip for mid-October and will let you know when we do.

Some of you may be wondering what this trip is all about. What are the goals of the effort? Who will we be working with? When will we send a large missions group from the church? and most importantly, How can I (you) be involved? Here's a first cut at posting information on the trip:
